Smudge sticks

Smudge sticks of one form or another have been used by indigenous peoples to clear negative energies, banish unwanted spirits and invite beneficial energies & spirits into a space.  Also, wonderful for grounding and centering.  Use when moving into a new home, after a stressfull day and before ceremonies...or just because it feels nice.
