At Herbs & Arts we go to great length to create and choose the best products. We have been blessed with 20 years of success in our store due to our attention to quality & authenticity. We will be happy to accept returns of our products for any reason for a full refund. Please contact us by phone or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "RETURN" in the subject line and we will get back to you asap.
There is a $7.00 flat rate shipping charge for all orders. Purchase over $75.00 worth of Herbs & Arts goodies and we'll ship it to you for free!! Orders are shipped via US postal service. There are no overnight or rush shipping options at this time.
Out of stock items:
We work hard to keep all of our items in stock and update the website when something is temporarily unavailable. The nature of the herb market means that occasionally some items are unavailable due to seasonal or other problems. If you order something on our site that we run out of in the time between you place your order and when the order is filled you will be immediately notified by email and if you have already been charged a refund will be applied. If you wish to be notified when that item is back in stock please reply to the email that you received about the item and we will notify you when it is available again.
Because many of our ritual oils & incenses can only be made at specific astrological times, we do sometimes run out before more can be made. We apologize for this inconvenience, but hope you understand the process necessary for these oils to be made correctly.
- Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
- Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
- Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
- Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services
